Recent examples of changes made directly from feedback include further investment in our branch network and introducing Saturday opening at more branches.

We’ve been supporting local communities and making a difference to real lives since we first opened our doors. We’re here to help improve the fortunes of people and businesses, because when they prosper so do the places they live in and work in.
We’ve teamed with Cycle Yorkshire to help make the fun of cycling more accessible to more people. Our involvement also includes sponsorship of the sprinters jersey at the annual Tour de Yorkshire event where people can come along to enjoy first-class racing.
We run our ‘Count me in 123’ scheme to help youngsters learn to count and understand numbers. It’s a community-based programme that helps pre-school children learn in a fun and engaging way.
Since 2008 we’ve been a proud partner of Hospice UK. We support it as it delivers outstanding care to people living with life-limiting or terminal illness. So far we’ve raised over ￡3.8 million to help make a difference to hospice care across the UK.
